Cleanroom Modular Wall Partitions / Wall Panels
Airtech Systems offers a versatile Wall Partition System, available in both Progressive and Non-Progressive types. Our modular wall panels are constructed from Double Skin Panels made of Pre-coated or Powder Coated Galvanized Iron (PCGI), featuring inner and outer skins with a standard thickness ranging from 0.6 to 0.8 mm. Standard widths for these wall panels are 1200mm, 1000mm, and 900mm, while the thickness options include 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, and 100mm.
These panels are designed with integrated PVC conduits for electrical cables, and the 80mm and 100mm panels are specifically engineered to accommodate return air ducts and built-in risers. Panel heights can be adjusted up to 5000mm, with provisions for stackable panels to meet various spatial requirements. This design flexibility ensures that our wall partition systems can be tailored to fit any clean room configuration, providing robust, easy-to-install solutions for your controlled environment needs.
Modular Cleanroom Ceilings
Airtech Systems offers modular ceiling panels available in 50mm and 60mm thicknesses, tailored to various application needs. These panels are installed using specially designed suspension members and linkages to suit each specific use.
We provide both walkable and non-walkable ceiling panels, crafted according to client requirements and reinforced with specially designed stiffening systems for load-bearing walkable ceilings.
Cleanroom Flooring

Clean Room Wall / Ceiling Panels - Accessories
All internal and external corners of our modular wall panel systems are fitted with aluminum covings, featuring special male and female profiles with a locking system.
These covings are securely attached, seamlessly connecting wall panels to the floor, ceiling panels to wall panels, and wall panels to each other.
Modular Clean Room Doors
Airtech’s Clean Room doors are crafted from galvanized or stainless steel sheets with lock-formed edges. These doors are insulated and bonded with polyurethane foam, honeycomb paper, or mineral wool, creating a rigid, flush fitting. They feature innovative flush double glazing, finished with a pure polyester powder coating of 60-80 microns for a smooth surface finish.

Ironmongery – SS Ball Bearing hinges, Latch Lock, Dead Lock, Door Closer, D Handle, Push Plates, Kick Plates, Automatic Bottom Drop Seal, Panic Bar for emergency doors, etc
